Behavioural analysis of ASA-deficient mice with one or two intact CGT genes and wild type controls. Wild type and ASA-deficient mice were tested like described. Whereas tests for cage activity (A) showed no improvement in ASA-deficient mice with only one intact CGT allele, the Dark-Light transition box test (B) showed a clear improvement in these animals. The numbers of animals used for analysis (n) are given inside the columns.
